Building will cover up Philly’s Noam Chomsky mural [photos]

    Philadelphia might be known for its murals, but it’s also ripe for development.

    Which is why the Noam Chomsky mural at 19th Street and Fairmount Avenue will soon be covered up by new apartments. As PlanPhilly reported last month, construction is already underway.

    The mural went up in 2010 to honor the Philly-raised political activist.
