Cliff Lee, the most highly coveted free-agent pitcher on the market, has agreed to a five-year contract with the Phillies – worth around $100 million.
The free-agent pitcher passed up an extra $50 million from the New York Yankees, giving the Phils the most feared pitching rotation in baseball.
