It’s all about the dog days of summer tomorrow in Seaside Heights when the borough welcomes four-legged companions to enjoy the beach and boardwalk.

In celebration of the borough’s “National Dog Day,” leashed dogs will be allowed on the entire boardwalk and beach between Grant and Webster avenues from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., according to the Seaside Heights Business Improvement District.

While dogs will enter the beach for free, their owners must pay admission ($6; free for children under 11 and active/retired service members).

Vendors will be selling dog and general pet merchandise.
