    Pa. State Treasurer Rob McCord is expected to sign off this month on a tax payer-financed bond. Though less than the $1 million bond proposed by Gov. Ed Rendell, the governor’s Chief of Staff Steve Crawford said Rendell is happy with the compromise.

     

    McCord will address reporters at 11 a.m., where the amount of the bond is expected to be released, according to a report by the Associated Press. The funding will support public improvement projects that are already under construcion.
