Boating Safety Week
Just before Memorial Day weekend, state leaders are warning boaters to be careful out on the water this season.
So far this this year, two people have been killed in Delaware boating accidents. Both victims were not wearing life jackets. U.S Coast Guard numbers show nearly three-quarters of all boating fatalities in 2011 were drowning victims, more than 80 percent of those victims were not wearing life jackets.
