“It’s about space … it’s creating space for dialogue about a topic that I think is very present for a lot of people, but this would be a way to heighten awareness and intentionality around all the ways in which we bring our full humanity to work — and how our work impacts our full humanity. I hope it’s also a place where we can work out how to better talk about that.”
