Bill would require ultrasound before abortion

The Women’s Right-to-Know Act is bound to draw heated debate in advance of a possible vote next month.

Pennsylvania Republican Rep. Kathy Rapp’s bill would require women seeking an abortion to undergo a mandatory ultrasound 24 hours before having the procedure.

Allentown Morning Call Statehouse reporter John Micek has been following the bill and spoke with Newsworks Tonight Host Dave Heller.
