BIA Philadelphia Conference highlights

The Building Industry Association of Philadelphia’s annual forum on housing, designed to educate BIA members and members of Philadelphia City government about the benefits of sustainable building techniques and practices, was held yesterday at the Downtown Club.

This year’s theme is ‘Survivor’ and the presentation included reports on the Zoning Code redo by ZCC director Eva Gladstein and an update on planning in the city by Alan Urek of the PCPC.
