Bensalem ShopRite recalls store-produced ground meat

The ShopRite on Bristol Road in Bensalem has recalled its store-produced ground meat products, and will refund or replace any returned packages.

As the Inquirer reports, meat produced and sold in the store is packaged with a black tray lining pad that may have gotten into the meat. No injuries have been reported, and the store said ingesting the lining pad might not cause immediate health problems.

No other products or stores have been affected.
