It’s going to be a gorgeous weekend at the Jersey Shore.

High pressure, which is currently dominating the regional weather pattern, will remain over the area through Independence Day, according to the National Weather Service.

Today will feature sunny skies with some afternoon wispy clouds. A northwesterly breeze at 10 to 15 miles per hour will keep conditions comfortable. High temperatures will reach around 80 degrees.

Conditions tomorrow will be similar, with a northerly breeze becoming south in the afternoon. By Independence Day, the dry and seasonably warm pattern continues, although a few more clouds be appear. The only downside is a slight chance of a shower Monday night.
