Baseball science in Delaware

There is a science to throwing a curve ball and a home run.  Both will be on display Saturday at Blue Rocks stadium.

Dow Chemical will help in the science projects.  There will be a demonstration on what happens to a baseball when it is dropped in liquid nitrogen.

It’s called Science Day in Delaware.  Gates to the ballpark open at 12:30 to see the many exhibits.  The first 1,500 children who enter will get a glow in the dark baseball.  Call 302-888-2015 for more information.
