Autopsy confirms hunter’s death accidental
A hunter found dead in the West Vincent woods Wednesday died as the result of an accident. The Exton man was discovered Wednesday afternoon by police, after they’d been informed the man hadn’t returned from hunting the previous night.
An autopsy done yesterday confirmed the cause of death was accidental, the Mercury reports. He was discovered at the bottom of a tree after apparently falling from a tree stand to which he was not property harnessed.
