Authorities seek Lakewood bank robbery suspect

    An armed man robbed a bank in Lakewood Monday morning, authorities said. 

    The suspect entered the Santander Bank at Route 70 and Shorrock Street shortly before 9:40 a.m, according to a release from the Lakewood Police Department. 

    In a bank surveillance photo provided by the department, the man is seen holding a black pistol and dressed in a blue zip hoodie, a black cap, and black and white gloves. His mouth and nose are covered. 

    He fled in an unknown direction after receiving an undisclosed amount of money.
