Archdiocese holds annual Anniversary Mass in honor of family, marriage

    During a special mass today, at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, Archbishop Chaput celebrated couples that have been married 50 years or more.

     

    The celebration of marriage began yesterday with couples married 25 years or more and those married less that five years. According to a statement released by the archdiocese, these special anniversary masses are held each year and are meant to pay tribute to family and the sanctity of marriage.
