Another Democrat on the ballot in Pa. attorney general race

The race for Pennsylvania attorney general is crowded once again.

After clearing up a paperwork problem, Democrat Don Bailey is on the ballot alongside Dems. Patrick Murphy and Kathleen Kane. They face a challenge from Republican Cumberland County District Attorney David Freed.

Bailey is a former congressman and former Pa. auditor general from Westmoreland Couty and tells PoliticsPA since practicing private law, he’s represented many whistle-blowers and now an alleged victim of former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.
