Another 8th District Council candidate steps forward
Now the fifth candidate to announce a bid in the 8th District Council race, Germantown’s John Churchville has a plan for the Northwest.
As Chris Satullo reports, Churchville has plans to make the district a hub for environmental technology jobs, and has vowed to visit every school in the 8th if elected.
