Annual OutFest returns with ‘most interesting block party you have ever seen’
What’s rainbow-colored, pack with vendors and now features circus performances? OutFest.
The annual National Coming Out Day event features a day-long block party today from 11th to 13th streets and Walnut to Spruce with food, game, vendors and “water gun fun.”
Mayor Michael Nutter will be there, and 40,000 people are expected to flow through the noon to 6 p.m. event, which also includes a mechanical bull, breast exams, a historical market and awards. Truly something for everyone.
