    In today’s second hour of Radio Times, join Jessica B. Harris as she talks to host Marty Moss-Coane about her new book, High on the Hog: A Culinary Journey from Africa to America.

    Harris, a food historian, will discuss the diaspora of African American foods like black-eyed peas, okra and watermelon, and how they came to be staples of American dishes.
