Colby Lindeman is among those coming home to the Philadelphia region for Thanksgiving. He is also in the cohort of those whose time with family and friends will be limited by the rigors of a busy holiday weekend work schedule.

That’s because he’s in town as part of cast of the Broadway production of “An American in Paris.” The Academy of Music engagement is just one stop on a nationwide tour.

However, his busy schedule didn’t stop him from visiting his alma mater, Philadelphia’s High School for the Creative and Performing Arts to offer words of advice and encouragements to current students there. He also stopped by WHYY for a talk with NewsWorks Tonight host Dave Heller.
