Heard in the Hall: Nutter schedules “town hall” meetings on budget cuts

Mayor Nutter has announced a series of eight “town hall” meetings to explain the city’s fiscal problem.  The first session is next Tuesday evening at South Philadelphia High School.  Sessions will be held from 7-8:30 or 9 p.m. The public is asked to show up at 6:30 to 6:45 p.m.
