Feb. 17, 2012

4800 block Ridge Ave. – A house was set on fire. The incident was deemed arson.

5000 block Knox St. – 2004 Cadillac Escalade stolen.

3000 block Judson St. – Complainant was struck in the head with a gun and shot multiple times by an unknown man. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

Feb. 18, 2012

2900 block W. School House Lane – 2009 Honda Accord stolen. Complainant said the car contained a wallet, debit cards, credit card, FOP emblem and a school box.

5300 block Wissahickon Ave. – Blank check and a Garmin GPS were stolen from a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer.

400 block W. Bringhurst St. – Complainant said his wife hit him on the top of the head with a clothes iron.

2700 block N. Bonsall St. – Complainant said her step-father slapped her in the face, punched and kicked her and knocked her to the ground during a dispute. Complainant was to the hospital. Offender arrested.

Feb. 19, 2012

2800 block N. Newkirk St. – Complainant said offender pushed, punched and choked him. Complainant said the offender also hit him in the neck with a hammer.

2800 block N. 23rd St. – Complainant said an unknown offender struck him in the face with a walking cane. Offender was gone when police arrived.

2900 block N. Broad St. – iPod 4 and $300 were stolen from the property.

Feb. 20, 2012

3300 block N. Bailey St. – Heating pipes, eight radiators and a heating system unit stolen from the property.

3300 block Hunting Park Ave. – iPAD and $10 stolen from a 2001 Mercedes Benz.

2800 block Midvale Ave. – GPS and an iPod were stolen from a 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan.

3000 block N. Bambrey St. – Complainant said his girlfriend threw a glass plate at him. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

2700 block N. Hemberger St. – 2012 Chevy Tahoe stolen, but recovered prior to police report.

2500 block W. Silver St. – Complainant said her roommate struck her in the head and body with a wooden board during a dispute. Offender was arrested.

Feb. 21, 2012

4100 block Germantown Ave. – 2002 Ford Taurus stolen.

1800 block W. Somerset St. – Craftsman tiller, Troybuilt tiller, Craftsman motor and four rims were stolen from the property.

Feb. 22, 2012

5000 block Germantown Ave. – Complainant said he was shot in the face while riding in a car. Complainant was taken to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

300 block W. Chelten Ave. – Xbox 360 and two controllers were stolen from the property.

3500 block N. 15th St. – Plastic bag and copper pipes were stolen from the property.

3100 block N. Broad St. – Complainant said a man robbed the store at knifepoint. Offender ran off with $250.

2100 block W. Lehigh Ave. – 19-inch Dell computer stolen from an office building at the location.

Feb. 23, 2012

4200 block Henry Ave. – MacBook Pro and a computer case were stolen from a university at the location.

1600 block Hunting Park Ave. – Complainant said a group of men jumped him. He said he received a number of superficial stab wounds on his body, a broken left arm, swollen left eye and a laceration to the back of his head.

4400 block N. Gratz St. – Complainant said three bullets flew through the front window while she was sitting with her niece by the window. No injuries were reported.

2800 block N. Bailey St. – 47-inch flat-screen TV, five-disc CD changer, Wii game system and water pipes were stolen from the property.
