February 23, 2011

5000 block Greene St. – VHS tapes and $250 stolen from the property. Complainant said someone broke the front glass pane on her front door. She said the items were stolen from a bedroom.

February 18, 2011

200 block W. Queen Lane – copper pipes stolen from the property. Complainant said the building is currently being rehabbed.

5400 block Wissahickon Ave. – complainant said someone struck her in the head, arms and legs with a frying pan while she was picking up her granddaughter. Complainant went to the hospital. Offender was arrested.

1700 block W. Pacific St. – laptop, GPS and 14 CDs stolen from a 2007 Honda Accord.

February 19, 2011

5700 block Wissahickon Ave. – wallet containing $500 stolen from the property. Complainant said someone took the item from her closet. Several people have access to the complainant’s room.

3200 block N. Broad St. – six watches, Apple iPad, and $1100 stolen from the property.

1900 block W. Hunting Park Ave. – vehicle stolen.

3200 block N. 29th St. – 2002 Oldsmobile Alero stolen.

February 20, 2011

3600 block N. 15th St. – complainant said someone stole $900 from her purse. She said her ex-boyfriend was getting his belongings from the property after he was served a restraining order.

3700 block N. Carlisle – complainant was found in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Complainant was listed in critical condition.

2000 block W. Cambria St. – meter box, heaters and ceiling lights stolen from the property.

2400 block W. Clearfield – 2011 Toyota Camry stolen. Complainant said he was delivering a pizza at the location when someone stole his keys.

February 21, 2011

100 block Wyneva St. – 1999 Oldsmobile stolen.

1700 block W. Tioga St. – 50” flat screen TV, jewelry box, three watches and a gold chain stolen from the property.  Complainant said someone entered through a first floor window.

2400 block W. Allegheny Ave. – copper pipes stolen from the property. Complainant said someone entered through a basement window.

February 22, 2011

200 block Apsley St.  – copper pipes stolen from the property.

5300 block Greene St. – complainant said his ex-wife and an unknown man placed a butcher knife in his side and stole $2600. Complainant said he was meeting his ex-wife at a gas station to hand the offender money for their son’s tuition.

3600 block N. 21st St. – several tools, two radiators, copper pipes and two windows stolen from the property. Complainant said the front and rear doors were unlocked when he returned to the building.

3100 block N. Stillman St. – complainant said someone stopped her and attempted to mug her. Offender fled after complainant yelled 911.

February 23, 2011

5000 block Greene St. – VHS tapes and $250 stolen from the property. Complainant said someone broke the front glass pane on her front door. She said the items were stolen from a bedroom.

4100 block N. Broad St. – complainant said a group of women punched her in the eye and sprayed mace at her while she was at a gas station.  Complainant was picked up by a friend a driven home.

2100 block W. Lehigh Ave. – complainant, a cashier, said someone pulled out a knife and put it to her heck.  The offender walked out of the store with $1500.

3000 block N. Bonsall St.  – copper pipes stolen from the property. Complainant said someone entered through a rear kitchen window. The property is a rental and is currently vacant.

February 24, 2011

4600 block Wayne Ave. – 1992 Cadillac Seville stolen.

5500 block Wissahickon Ave. – 1999 Jeep Cherokee stolen.

100 block W. Seymour St. – complainant said two men mugged him at the location. Complainant said one of the offenders pulled out a handgun and told him to “empty his pockets”.  The two then fled the scene with a cell phone and wallet. Police later arrested the offenders.

4200 block Henry Ave. – Dell Inspiron laptop, phone charger, flash drive, wireless mouse and a tape measure stolen from the property. Complainant said he set the items on a chair and headed to the restroom. When he returned, the items were gone.

5000 block Wissahickon Ave. – 2000 Pontiac Grand AM stolen. Complainant said all six windows were smashed.

2900 block N. 26th St. – 1995 Pontiac Bonneville stolen. Complainant said he was warming up the car and left it unattended. When he returned, the car was gone.
