2016 Pet A Palooza in Haddonfield rescheduled for Sunday, April 10

Due to inclement weather, Downtown Haddonfield’s Pet-a-Palooza event scheduled for Saturday, April 9 has been moved to Sunday, April 10. Pet-a-Palooza activities are scheduled for Sunday from noon – 4 p.m.
 

Sunday’s activities are scheduled to include a Pet Fashion Walk at noon, Pet Talent Contest beginning at 2 p.m., musical entertainment, opportunities to adopt a dog and/or cat, a face painter, a balloon artist, a mobile pet van and much more!

Haddonfield is going to the dogs this Saturday, April 9, with the return of Pet A Polooza.
 
It’s the second time around for the free charity event benefitting the Camden County Animal Shelter (CCAS). 
 
New this year will be a pet fashion show, where four-legged pals with a lewk that’s on fleek can strut it down the red carpet in Kings Court. Participants can register online and the first 50 will receive a “wag bag” of goodies.
 
Pets with special talents and tricks up their fur can compete in the pet talent contest for a $25 town wide gift certificate and a $25 gift certificate from local pet boutique, Ahead of the Pack.
 
20160405 emmett photo gallery All along Kings Hwy. will be plenty of opportunities to adopt a pet, a mobile vet unit and numerous vendors selling pet-friendly products and services, from gourmet bakery treats to family pet portraits. Live entertainment will be provided by DJ Frank Staff and for the non-furry kiddos there will be a balloon artist and face painting.
 
Prior to Saturday, folks can enter the Pet A Palooza photo contest by uploading a photo of their pet for a chance to win a $25 townwide gift certificate (winner will be announced at 3:30 p.m). Photos will be displayed in an online photo gallery
 
Donations for the Camden County Animal Shelter – toys, beds, blankets, food, cat litter – can be dropped off at Ahead of the Pack (207 Kings Hwy. East) and the Haddonfield Information Center (2 Kings Ct.)
