Wednesday, Nov 3

7500 block Mayland St. 1985 Chevy G30 stolen between 9:30 p.m. on 10/2/10 and 3:55 on 11/3/10.

Limekiln Pk./ Washington La. – Complainant said several men surrounded and punched during an attempted mugging. Complainant said the group fled the scene when he began to fight back.

7000 block Limekiln Pike 2003 Jeep Liberty stolen between 11/3/10 and 11/4/10.

 

Thursday, Nov 4

7400 block Beverly Rd. 1995 Cadillac Concour stolen.

1800 block E. Pastorius St. – 25” flat screen TV stolen from the property between 10:30 a.m and 12:30 p.m. Complainant said he may have left the door unlocked.

4900 block Baynton St. – Gold earrings, 24” Mac computer and a PlayStation game system was stolen from the property.

500 block Herman St. – Dell laptop, jewelry and a 37” flat screen TV was stolen from the property between 10:30 p.m. on 11/3/10 and 8 a.m. on 11/4/10.

5000 block Wayne Ave. – Wedding ring set, Xbox system and a 52” Samsung TV stolen from the property.

1500 block Wadsworth Ave. – Offender robbed a man at HaHa Cleaners at gunpoint. Police responded, but offender had already run off with $1,800.

 

Friday, Nov 5

6400 block Matthews St. Complainant said two men robbed her at gunpoint. The offenders stole the woman’s purse containing keys and a wallet with credit cards.

1900 block 69th Ave. Engine stolen from a 2003 Lincoln Town Car.

5800 block Magnolia St. – Compaq desktop computer and an HP printer stolen from the property. Police observed a man leaving through the front door as if he lived there. Complainant said the man could be her ex-boyfriend.

5900 block Morton St. Complainant said he was struck in the back of the head with a skateboard during a fight with another man. Complainant was taken to the hospital for the gash.

100 block E. Walnut La. Copper pipes stolen from the property sometime before 10/27/10. Complainant said an unknown person kicked in the back door to gain entry.

5100 block Baynton St. – 2006 Ford Taurus stolen between 10/22/10 and 11/5/10. The car broke down on 10/22/10.

200 block W. Rittenhouse St. – Hohner Clavinet keyboard and Roland keyboard stolen from the property between 8:30 p.m. on 11/4/10 and 9:00 a.m. on 11/5/10.

200 block E. Durham St. – $400 stolen from the property between 3:00 p.m. on 11/3/10 and 5:50 p.m. on 11/5/10. Complainant said he came home to find both locks on his front door broken.

 

Saturday, Nov 6

1000 block E. Rittenhouse St. – White gold necklace, 30” plasma TV and $5,000 was stolen from the property. Complainant said someone pried open his door with a crowbar. He said there were three people home at the time of the break-in.

Wister Ave. / Chelten Ave. – Complainant said he was mugged while out walking. The offender stole a cell phone, $1,300 and a pair of glasses.

First block (00-99) on E. Bringhurst St. – 2004 Audi A4 stolen. Woman said she may have dropped her keys or left them in the car.

5300 block Wingohocking Hts. – Complainant said his 9 mm handgun was missing from his home.  He said he last saw the gun on 10/21/10.

First block (00-99) on E. Seymour St. PlayStation 3, 42” Sanyo TV, Dell computer and jewelry taken from the property. Police report no signs of forced entry. Complainant said her boyfriend and two nieces are the only ones with keys to the place.

8100 block Ardleigh St. – Clothes, digital camera and personal medical documents were from two suitcases left in front of a house. Complainant said he unloaded the suitcases and left to park the car. When he returned a few minutes later, the suitcases were gone.

8400 block Anderson St.Toshiba laptop and two college rings were stolen from the property between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on 11/6/10.  Complainant said the offender slipped through an unlocked window in the living room.

 

Sunday, Nov 7

1800 Elston St. – 9 mm semi automatic gun stolen from a second floor bedroom. Complainant said she is the only one with keys to the property.

1600 block Cardeza St.GPS, green rain coat and a T-Mobile cell phone taken from a 2009 Mercury Hybrid.

6700 block Musgrave St. – 37” TV, speakers and a book bag was stolen from a 1998 Lincoln Navigator.

First block (00-99) W. Chelten Ave. Officers saw a man carrying two PPA parking meters. Offices took the offender into custody.

8000 block Anderson Ave. Sharp flat screen TV, 14 carat gold bracelet and 14 carat gold wedding ring taken from the property between 12:00 p.m. on 11/5/10 and 6:00 p.m. on 11/7/10.

 

Monday, Nov 8

1800 block E. Washington La. – Two Apple iMacs were stolen from a classroom at Pennypacker School sometime between 11/5/10 and 11/7/10. Complainant found the computers missing on 11/8/10.

7800 block Ogontz Avenue – Complainant said an unknown male stabbed him with a knife on both hands and the left side of his face during an attempted mugging.  Complainant was taken to the hospital.

200 block E. Washington La.  – Wii game system, two game controllers and 54 Wii games stolen from a 2004 Dodge Durango.

Unit block E. Logan St.unknown male robbed a woman at gunpoint.  A Sony Mp3 player and $4 was taken.

6200 block Gardenia St. – 2004 Ford Explorer stolen between 8:00 p.m. on 11/7/10 and 2:15 p.m. on 11/8/10.

6100 block Daniel St.1985 Chevy Suburban stolen.

Stenton Ave. / E. Mount Pleasant Ave. – Complainant said he was shot in his right shoulder after a car pulled up next to his and started firing. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

 

Tuesday, Nov 9

5300 block Wingohocking Ter. – Sunglasses, cell phone and 5 CD’s stolen from the center console of a 2006 Acura. Complainant said she left her doors open.

6700 block Emlen St. – Checkbook, credit card, house keys and 22 rings stolen from an apartment between 7:00 p.m. on 11/8/10 and 7:00 a.m. on 11/9/10.

5700 block Wayne Ave. – Complainant said another Save-A-Lot shopper stole her black wallet containing prepaid visa cards and I.D.’s. Offender was caught on the store’s surveillance tape.

300 block Wadsworth Ave.vehicle, 46” Toshiba TV, silver watch, 10 rings and $50 stolen from the property between 7:30 and 9:00 p.m. on 11/9/10. Complainant said someone forced his/her way through the dining room window.

100 block E. Durham St.Verizon cell phone stolen from a vehicle between 6:45 p.m. and 8:40 p.m. on 11/9/10. Complainant said her passenger side window was shattered..
