13-year-old girl reports attempted luring in E. Germantown
Philadelphia Police issued a Special Victims Unit bulletin regarding a Monday morning incident in which a 13-year-old girl reported that an unknown man stopped in front of her home and motioned for her to approach his van.
The incident, which occurred at 11:40 a.m. in the 400 block of E. Tulpehocken St., involved a bald man in his early 40s driving a silver minivan. He is described as having a full beard and no mustache.
