10 year anniversary of Delaware smoking ban

State lawmakers will join health officials in Dover this afternoon to mark the 10 year anniversary of the Clean Indoor Air Act.  The law banned smoking in indoor locations including restaurants and bars.  While many more states have taken similar actions in the past decade, Delaware was only the second state after California to ban smoking in indoor workplaces and other public areas.
