1 dead, 2 wounded in Levittown shooting

An early-morning shooting in suburban Philadelphia that killed one man and injured two others, one critically, may have been a home invasion, authorities said.

Officers in Bucks County called to a Bristol Township residence about 12:45 a.m. Tuesday found 24-year-old Tyrone Moss of Levittown dead and another man with a gunshot wound to the head. Police said the third injured man managed to get to a neighbor’s home to seek help.

Acting Police Chief John Godzebia said there was no sign of forced entry, and no weapon was found at the scene. He said the motive for the shooting was unknown.

The two surviving victims were rushed to Aria Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia, where one was in critical condition and the other was listed in serious condition.
