    Snow accumulations overnight will present problems for commuters.  Plunging temperatures and single digits within 24 hours and beyond will pose grave danger for those getting by on the street.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with Carol Thomas, Director of Outreach for the Philadelphia non-profit Project H.O.M.E. about what the organization is doing to get those at risk in out of the cold.
