Reporter’s Roundtable: Corbett takes lumps on same sex marriage ban and is forced to defend new drilling law

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett has had a tough week.  His administration is tasked with defending the state’s 1996 same sex marriage ban following this week’s disclosure by Attorney General Kathleen Kane that she believes the law is unconstitutional and won’t represent the state in court in a suit filed by the ACLU.   Corbett is also defending a newly signed law regarding expanded oil and gas drilling rights.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke about those two stories with WHYY’s Emma Jacobs, and State Impact, Pennsylvania’s Susan Phillips.
