These days, more and more cooks are swapping out the traditional kitchen for a set of wheels. This week on Recap, our guest lifts the hood on one food truck roaming the streets of Philadelphia.

We catch up with Lucky Old Souls owner Matthew Feldman to find out what his week has been like.

Lucky Old Souls has gone through a few transformations, taking form as a jazz radio show and concert series before gaining traction as a locally-sourced burger truck. Feldman’s from-scratch comfort food has earned a number of local accolades and even made The Daily Meal’s “101 Best Food Trucks in America.”
