    New Jersey’s nearly 200 private, special needs schools are funded by the public schools that send students to them, and the top administrators at some of those private institutions take home salaries much higher than the maximum allowed in the public school districts.  NJ Spotlight’s John Mooney reported on the finding by the New Jersey Auditor and spoke with NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller.
