Drexel prof: Stop delivering payback, start rehabilitating criminals

    What really motivates the mindsets in our criminal justice system, be they police officers, prosecutors, judges, juries, witnesses, trial experts, or consultants?  That’s the topic taken up in Adam Benforado’s new book “Unfair: The New Science of Criminal Injustice.”  The associate professor of law at Drexel University spoke with NewsWorks Tonight host Dave Heller.
