Does Philadelphia have enough gamblers for a second casino?

    This was a big week for gaming in the Philadelphia region.  Bidders for the city’s final casino license made their pitches to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board as Sugarhouse urged the board not to award the license to anyone.  Meanwhile, a New Jersey lawmaker is publicly opposing a potential merger between Caesars and Revel Casino and Hotel.
