ACLU has reservations about Atlantic City rescue plan

New Jersey lawmakers have approved a plan giving Atlantic City five months to come up with a way to reduce expenses and balance its budget to avoid a state takeover.
The bill will now go to Gov. Chris Christie, who is expected to sign it into law.
This week, the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey sent a letter to lawmakers warning that the rescue plan raises constitutional and civil rights concerns.
