Tony Abraham is a reporter at NewsWorks content partner Philly and an alumnus of Temple University, where he studied English and anthropology. Born and raised in Allentown, Tony kicked off his career as a contributor at Phawker. He had a short stint in content strategy at truTV before freelancing as a digital editor at The Hollywood Reporter and as a reporter at Screen Daily. Since then, he freelanced in Philadelphia before landing the gig. Tony likes to write about the quirky people and places that make Philly unique. He is a a persistently inadequate gardener.
