Kevin McCorry is an executive producer and host at WHYY. He oversees production of shows including “Studio 2,” “Radio Times Rewind,” and “Ask Gov. Meyer.” He also creates the weekly “Jukebox Journey” segment that airs Fridays on All Things Considered, and he was the original host and creator of WHYY’s narrative podcast “Schooled.”
Kevin is a Philadelphia native who has more than a decade of journalism experience as a reporter, editor and manager. He started on the education beat covering city schools, became the leader of the Keystone Crossroads statewide collaborative reporting project, and led another major Philadelphia newsroom before returning to WHYY.
