On Monday, European leaders announced the creation of a one trillion dollar loan package to help avoid a debt crisis in Greece and other European countries. It’s similar, but larger, than the TARP program enacted by the U.S. in 2008. It’s complicated but important, so in this hour of Radio Times, we’ll turn to Wharton Professor MAURO GUILLEN who will explain what it all means to the economy in Europe and in the U.S.
