Coming up on today’s edition of Radio Times in Review: we’ll hear Marty’s conversation with ANNE HELLER, author of Ayn Rand and the World She Made. Then, it’s the 40th anniversary of Marvin Gaye’s ode to sensuality, I Want You.  We discussed Gaye’s life and music back in 2005 when we were joined by author and commentator, MICHAEL ERIC DYSON upon the publication of his book, Mercy, Mercy Me: The Art, Loves and Demons of Marvin Gaye. Lastly, we’ll revisit Marty’s conversation with writer and theater critic, MARGO JEFFERSON. Her memoir Negroland about growing up in an affluent African-American family in the 1950s and 60s recently won the 2016 National Book Critics Circle Award.
