Hour 1

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett is off to a running, and controversial, start in Harrisburg. His $27.3 billion budget proposal kept his campaign pledge not to raise taxes, but at the cost of severe cuts to public and higher education among many other line items. But the governor, while making a lot of news, has not answered many news reporters questions, either before or after his election. He did, however, sit down Tuesday, May 31, with Radio Times host Marty Moss-Coane for an hour’s conversation at the Academy of Natural Sciences, before an audience of Chamber of Commerce members. This hour, we listen to most of that interview.
