    The New Jersey Supreme Court rules the state can move forward with same sex marriage starting next week.  Wouldn’t you know it, even AFTER the federal government shutdown, Americans have a largely negative opinion of Congress according to Gallup Poll Editor-in-Chief Frank Newport.  A lawyer who used to defend the Philadelphia School District against special education lawsuits tells us why he decided to play for the other team–taking on plaintiffs suing the district.  And a West Kensington pastor uses an outdoor open mic to try to reach a troubled neighborhood.
