Dave Heller talks with City Treasurer Nancy Winkler, the mother of one of the collapse victims, who is co-chairing the committee to create a memorial park on the site. Liz Spikol, the Home and Real Estate Editor for Philadelphia Magazine discusses her opposition to the park with Dave Heller.
