    On the one-year anniversary of Philadelphia’s Center City building collapse, Holly Otterbein investigates whether new demolition regulations instituted in the aftermath have had an effect. Dave Heller talks with City Treasurer Nancy Winkler, the mother of one of the collapse victims, who is co-chairing the committee to create a memorial park on the site. Liz Spikol, the Home and Real Estate Editor for Philadelphia Magazine discusses her opposition to the park with Dave Heller. On this week’s Recap, firefighter Joe Schulle recalls his work week during the disaster.
