    Protests erupt regarding the shooting death of David Jones by Philadelphia police officer Ryan Pownall. Kyle Bagenstose of the Bucks County Courier Times reveals that the U.S. military knew in 2001 that firefighting foams used at bases, including Bucks & Montgomery County sites, could break down into toxic chemicals. We look at the little-known Federal agency that governs the struggle between energy companies that build pipelines and the property owners affected by them.  The pop-up park on Eakins Oval by the Philadelphia Museum of Art opens this week.
