    A new card is encouraging African-Americans in Philadelphia to keep their money in their community.  The trial for three teens charged in the 2016 death of a high school student in Wilmington wrapped up today.  Philadelphia says 40,000 residents are leaving tax money in Washington, from the Earned Income Tax Credit.  In the face of alternative facts and fake news, science teachers have an increasingly difficult role to play. The Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania is set to announce recipients of its annual Fellowship program. Oscar Wilde’s classic “The Importance of Being Earnest” is on stage at the Walnut Street Theater.
