With his announcement yesterday, Marco Rubio becomes the fourth candidate to throw his or her hat in the ring for the 2016 presidential primaries. On the GOP side, there’s Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Rubio. On the other side of the aisle, it’s Hillary Clinton so far. It remains to be seen who in the party might oppose her.
