    Listen 00:48:42

    Guests: Elizabeth Stelle, Stephen Herzenberg

In this week’s edition of Ballot Talks: it’s the 64th day of the budget stalemate in Harrisburg. The Republican-led legislature and Democratic Governor Tom Wolf have been unable to agree on a state budget, which led has to slashes in funding, political battles, and general uncertainty. Today, we’ll be joined by ELIZABETH STELLE of the Commonwealth Foundation, and STEPHEN HERZENBERG of the Keystone Research Center to get their thoughts on the impasse and if there is room for compromise in creating a spending plan for the state.
