    As part of the Obama administration’s agenda to fix the healthcare system, the economic stimulus package allocates about $20 billion to building a national system of electronic medical records. We discuss the issues around transferring our medical records from paper to computer with ASHISH JHA, Associate Professor of Health Policy and Management at the Harvard School of Public Health.
