Worries and woes about federal budget cuts

    Just before midnight on Friday, President Obama and elected officials avoided a government shutdown with an agreement to cut $38 billion in federal spending.

    Earlier Friday, NewsWorks’ videographer Kimberly Paynter visited the National Constitution Center to ask folks about their fears regarding the federal budget cuts and the last minute negotiations happening in Washington D.C.
