Women’s Health: Philly is second-least healthiest city for women

In yet another list from another magazine telling America which cities are best and worst, Philadelphia is getting a bad rap.

Women’s Health magazine listed Philly as the second-least healthy city in the country for women, with only Birmingham behind us.

If you’re looking for the silver lining, don’t hold your breath. We’re actually down two spots from No. 97 last year.

The list, according to the magazine, is based on 38 measure of health and well-being, as well as lifestyle factors like nutrition, unemployment, happiness and fitness. The data come in part from survey responses the CDC, American Cancer Society and the U.S. Census.
