With Ramsey out, Chicago still searching for police chief

Three candidates remain: Newark Police Chief Garry McCarthy; the Office of National Drug Control Policy’s R. Gil Kerlikowske and Chicago’s deputy chief-of-detectives Al Wysinger. The Sun-Times profiled all three today, as a follow-up to an article calling Ramsey the “best of both worlds” in terms of whether the city should hire and insider or outsider.
