Wilmington woman wins TV’s MasterChef competition

Jennifer Behm cooked her way to $250,000.

The Wilmington woman is the winner of Fox’s MasterChef reality TV competition.

A real estate agent and Miss Delaware USA in 2000, Behm beat out contestants from Massachusetts and California for the win. She kept her victory a secret until last night, when the Associated Press reports she joined a viewing party at a hotel to watch the pre-taped episode.

Behm also gets a cookbook deal.
